How do I determine the right size for technical outerwear?
Our gear is designed for layering. We recommend checking the 'Size & Fit' guide on each product page, which includes specific measurements for chest, sleeve length, and waist. If you plan on wearing heavy mid-layers, we suggest sizing up.
What is your return policy for worn outdoor gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition with tags attached. For performance reasons, we cannot accept returns on gear that has been worn on trails or exposed to the elements, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Are your waterproof jackets treated with sustainable materials?
Yes, we are committed to sustainability. The majority of our waterproof collection uses PFC-free DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finishes and recycled polyester shells to minimize environmental impact.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for those last-minute trips. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on your hiking boots and apparel?
We stand by our quality. All Outdoor Adventure Store apparel and footwear come with a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You can cancel or modify your order within 60 minutes of placement by contacting our customer support team or using the link in your confirmation email.
